Your Source for restaurant reviews for Boone, NC!

Since 2003 we have been the leader in local restaurant reviews. We’re number one on a Google (and Yahoo!) search for “Boone restaurants”! And, starting out number one on Microsoft’s new “Bing” search! Thanks, fans!

Unlike the other High Country restaurant listings on the Web, ours are not supported by restaurant ads so we don’t just have glossy, praising descriptions (written by the owner), but actual accounts of our culinary experiences. So check us out before dining out, and check back regularly as we add more eateries and features.

Some more recent news–we hear that Mellow Mushroom, which just closed, will be replaced by (another?) Frankie’s Pizza.    We did not review MM since they are a chain but we may do so if they relocate.  Replacement with Frankie’s is a big loss–we don’t even need one Frankie’s…
